Nexus Firearms is excited to announce the launch of the NEXUS EVO GEN2 Receiver; a billet aluminum receiver featuring a delayed blowback system for the CZ Scorpion platform.

Redesigned from the ground up, the NEXUS EVO GEN2 Delayed-Blowback Receiver is a drop-in replacement for CZ Scorpion 3 and 3+ Receivers, with full OEM parts compatibility. Machined from a single piece of billet aluminum, it is significantly stronger and more robust than the factory polymer receiver.

When paired with our Complete Enhanced Bolt, it can reduce recoil by as much as 35% compared to a stock CZ Scorpion, delivering a significantly smoother shooting experience. The enhanced bolt and delayed-blowback mechanism, which utilizes ball bearings, minimizes port pop and bolt bounce, making it ideal for suppressed shooting and overall reliability.

The Nexus EVO Gen2 Delayed-Blowback Receiver will be available as a standalone receiver or as a complete firearm, with all components produced in-house or by our trusted partners.

  • Manufactured from a single piece of aircraft grade billet aluminum.
  • Features our Delayed Blowback system.
  • All variants of the Scorpion EVO 3 and 3+ on the market can convert to this receiver with Full OEM and aftermarket parts compatibility.
  • This system does not require our Enhanced Bolt, you can use your original OEM bolt with this receiver.
  • At checkout, you have the option to add an HB SR handguard, finished in black anodized to color-match your receiver.
  • You can add a free float barrel to the cart at checkout as well. Barrel lengths include 5.3" and 8.0".
  • We strongly recommend the use of a 125% recoil spring for optimal function.
