By placing an order with Nexus Firearms, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Shipping and Restrictions Policy and that you are responsible for confirming the legality of your purchase in your jurisdiction.
SHIPPING POLICY
Carriers & Coverage
- Nexus Firearms ships orders within the Continental United States using trusted carriers, including UPS and USPS.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
- Delivery times vary by carrier and are dependent on their respective transit policies.
- Carrier transit time is separate from any manufacturing or order-processing lead time listed for the product.
SHIPPING INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS
- To ensure timely and accurate delivery, a valid shipping address, current phone number, and email address must be provided at checkout.
- A signature will be required at the time of delivery for serialized products.
- All firearms, serialized products, and components requiring transfer through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) must have order information that exactly matches the information of the transferee.
Nexus Firearms is not responsible for delayed deliveries, lost packages, or mis-shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for verifying all shipping details before submitting an order.
RESTRICTIONS POLICY
- Nexus Firearms complies with all laws governing firearms, components, accessories, and NFA-regulated items.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to know and understand all applicable federal, state, and local laws before ordering.
Orders containing items that cannot legally be shipped to the customer’s location will be canceled and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
MAGAZINE CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS
Customers are responsible for knowing all state and local magazine-capacity restrictions before purchase.
Ordering magazines prohibited in your jurisdiction will result in order cancellation and a 10% restocking fee applied to your card.

- Customers are responsible for knowing all state and local laws governing complete firearms and short-barreled rifles (SBRs) before purchase.
Ordering a firearm prohibited in your jurisdiction will result in order cancellation and a 10% restocking fee applied to your card.

SERIALIZED RECEIVERS
- Purchasers must be at least 21 years old to purchase stripped lowers or complete pistol lower groups.
- Customers are responsible for knowing all state and local laws governing lower receivers, whether stripped or complete, before purchase.
Orders containing receivers prohibited in the customer’s state will result in order cancellation and a 10% restocking fee applied to the customer’s card.

AR PARTS
Customers are responsible for knowing all state and local laws governing firearm parts before purchase.
Orders containing items prohibited in the customer’s jurisdiction will result in order cancellation and a 10% restocking fee applied to the customer’s card.
