Shipping Policy
Carriers & Coverage:
Nexus Firearms ships orders within the Continental United States using trusted carriers, including UPS and USPS.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Delivery times vary by carrier and are dependent on their respective transit policies.
Please note that carrier transit time is separate from the lead times listed below for manufacturing or order processing.

Shipping Information Requirements
To ensure timely and accurate delivery:
A valid shipping address, current phone number, and email address must be provided at checkout.
Signature may be required at the time of delivery.
All firearms, serialized products, and any components requiring a transfer through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) must have order information that exactly matches the information of the transferee.
Nexus Firearms is not responsible for delayed deliveries, lost packages, or mis-shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all shipping details before submitting an order.

Restrictions Policy
Nexus Firearms complies fully with all laws governing firearms, components, accessories, and NFA-regulated items.
It is the customer’s responsibility to know and understand all applicable laws prior to ordering.
Orders containing items that cannot legally be shipped to your location will be canceled and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Magazine Capacity Restrictions
It is the customer's responsibility to know state/local laws regarding magazine capacity restrictions prior to purchase. Ordering magazines that are prohibited in your jurisdiction will result in order cancelation and a 10% restocking fee applied to your card.

Complete Firearms & SBRs
Must be 21 to purchase pistols & SBRs.
It is the customer's responsibility to know state/local laws regarding complete firearms and/or SBRs (short barrel rifles) prior to purchase. Ordering firearms that are prohibited in your jurisdiction will result in order cancelation and a 10% restocking fee applied to your card.

Serialized Receivers
Must be 21 to purchase stripped lowers or complete pistol lower groups.
It is the customer's responsibility to know state/local laws regarding lower receivers (either stripped or complete serialized receivers) prior to purchase. Orders with receiver(s) that are prohibited in your state will result in order cancelation and a 10% restocking fee applied to your card.

AR Parts
It is the customer's responsibility to know state/local laws regarding firearm parts, prior to purchase. Orders with items that are prohibited in your jurisdiction will result in order cancelation and a 10% restocking fee applied to your card.
California – Prohibited
Colorado – Prohibited
Connecticut – Cannot ship: Folding/telescoping/thumbhole/or pistol grip stocks, braces, pistol grips, vertical grips, muzzle devices, upper receivers (stripped or complete), threaded barrels, handguards.
Washington D.C. – Prohibited
Illinois – Prohibited
Massachusetts – Prohibited / Cannot ship trigger assemblies, bolt carriers/BCGs, charging handles, extractor(s)/extractor assemblies, or magazine parts that are interchangeable with those of a banned weapon.
New Jersey – Part(s) purchased cannot be used to create an "assault firearm" as defined by state guidelines.
New York City, NY – Prohibited / "Assault weapons" ban. Cannot ship parts or combinations of parts "designed or redesigned or intended" to readily convert a firearm into an "assault weapon"
